To deliver high-quality products that could quickly surpass those of traditional methods and satisfy the needs of consumers nationwide, Mekong broke ground on a new manufacturing facility in early 2005– Spanning over 20,000 meters square in Long An province, boasts spacious inventory space and closed-loop manufacturing as one of our top features of modern equipments.

In the approach of lifting awareness for safety procedures in soy sauce manufacturing, processing lines underwent an upgrade under the careful advise and monitoring of professors of the HCMC Institute of Technology Developement and Training.

Assures rigorous testing of individual batches, from trial runs to full-scale production– demonstrates a consistent compliance with Vietnam's Ministry of Health standards. Products also meet European standard for 3-MCPD, remaining below 0.02mg per kilogram.
